Mitel Teamwork provides collaborative web, desktop, and mobile applications for users with a supported phone profile Essentials, Premier, or Elite in a MiCloud Connect phone system. Teamwork provides a virtual "workspace" where members can add messages, share files, assign tasks, hold impromptu conferences, and exchange personal and group messages.
Teamwork messaging functionality is now integrated with the Mitel Connect client and Mitel Connect for Mobile applications. Two key features of Teamwork are real-time notifications and persistent messaging. Instead of getting bogged down in email threads, Teamwork can enable your team to be more organized, productive, and flexible. This article is about the Mitel Teamwork web and desktop applications. To download the Mitel Teamwork for mobile appclick the mobile phone icon in the bottom-left corner of the Teamwork web or desktop application and select iPhone or Android.
After you download and sign in to the Mitel Teamwork mobile app, the mobile phone icon is no longer displayed in your Teamwork web and desktop applications. To permanently hide the mobile phone icon, click it and click the Do not show me again option.
Use the instructions below to access the Teamwork web and desktop applications. You need to accept the Mitel software license agreement to use these applications. When you close the Teamwork web or desktop application and then open or log into the application again, the view from your previous session is displayed.
The Teamwork web application is accessed with the same Mitel credentials that you use to sign in to the Connect Portal and Mitel Connect client desktop application.
If you have questions about your credentials, contact an Authorized Contact phone system administrator in your organization. When the "Sign in to Mitel" screen appears, enter your Mitel username, which usually defaults to your business email address, and click Next. Note: When the next screen appears, if your username is associated with more than one Mitel account, a "Multiple accounts located" message is displayed here or when you enter your password.
If your account uses Mitel credentials to authenticate, enter your Mitel password and click Next to proceed to Teamwork. For more detailed instructions about signing in or changing your password, see the Mitel Unified Sign In article.
Accessing the Teamwork Desktop Application. Sign in to the Mitel Connect client desktop application. You are automatically signed in to Teamwork when you sign in to the Connect client. The Mitel Teamwork desktop application opens where you can use any feature. I am trying to work with SIP configurations on a stand-alone Mitel IP set on my home network and everything I read in the Mitel documentation tells me to go to the built-in "Web Configuration Tool" to change settings on the phone.

I am running a business scale network of cisco routers and switches and have assigned the phone to a dedicated voice vlan.
I have also tried in set up on my native and data vlans as well. Well if you have the HTTP enabled, that is all you need to do, so it sounds like your phone is bad. I will give it a try when I get home tonight I also picked up a the other day and am getting the same issue so I am also going to go through my internal ACLs on my Cisco routers to make sure I haven't missed something as well.
